William Gerstein, a partner in the law firm, is a member of the Florida and Georgia state bars. He has also been admitted to the United States Federal Court for the Southern District of Florida. Mr. Gerstein is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers' Association.

Elan Baret, a partner in the law firm. Gerstein & Baret, P.L. is an immigrant from the State of Israel.  As an immigrant Elan understands the special needs of his clients. Having had to go thru the same process and experiencing the emotional stress and frustration of the immigration process first hand.
Elan has a Bachelor of Laws Degrees (L.L.B) form Manchester University in England and Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.) From St. Thomas University. He is a member of the Israeli Bar, New-York Bar, Florida Bar, American Bar Association and the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA)

Although he has extensive experience in other areas of the law as well; he is more passionate about Immigration and Federal Law and thus he concentrates on these areas only.
